THE 4TH VIET NAM INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS EXHIBITION (VILOG 2026) A Comprehensive Connectivity Platform for the Logistics Industry

The 4th Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG 2026) will take place from July 30 to August 1, 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The exhibition continues to affirm its role and position as one of the top 10 outstanding events of Viet Nam’s logistics industry. It is co-organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and VINEXAD Company under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Viet Nam, with the support of the Agency of Foreign Trade. Under the theme “Shaping Smart & Sustainable”, VILOG 2026 will spotlight advanced equipment, technologies, services and solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, optimizing costs and accelerating comprehensive digital transformation across the logistics sector.

Viet Nam’s logistics industry is entering a period of robust transformation, marked by significant progress in logistics infrastructure development. Amid a global logistics system currently facing a multilayered crisis affecting maritime, air and road transportation simultaneously, domestic enterprises are also under mounting pressure to optimize costs, address labor shortages and meet increasingly demanding requirements for speed and accuracy throughout the supply chain. In response to these challenges, trends such as digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and green logistics development continue to emerge as key solutions enabling businesses to strengthen competitiveness and move toward sustainable development. In this spirit, VILOG 2026 is designed as a comprehensive business matching platform for the logistics industry, showcasing advanced solutions in automation, logistics robotics, AI, IoT-enabled supply chains and smart transportation technologies. The event will also host policy dialogues and practical case-sharing sessions to promote the green transformation of the country’s logistics industry.

VILOG 2026 marks an expansion in both scale and quality, featuring the participation of 450 enterprises from more than 20 countries and territories across nearly 500 booths. This serves as strong evidence of Viet Nam’s growing appeal as a new manufacturing hub in the region and worldwide. The exhibition further reinforces its reputation as a preferred destination for networking and partnership expansion among leading global logistics organizations and associations, including the World Cargo Alliance (WCA); JCtrans Logistics Network (JCTRANS); Global Logistics Alliance (GLA); Worldwide International Freight Forwarder Alliance (WIFFA); China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA); Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA); Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA); Guangzhou Logistics Profession Association (GZLPA); Taiwan Cold Chain Association (TCCA); Break Bulk Club, together with many leading logistics brands such as Saigon Newport Corporation, Transimex, Tradelinks, TTC, Hai An Port, Nippon Express, Bee Logistics, Dolphin Sea Air, OPL, ISUZU, HINO Truck, FOTON, XCMG, MIMA Forklift, VIMID, Libiao Robotics, KENGIC, ZIKOO and many others.

Notably, VILOG 2026 continues to receive strong support from major sponsors representing outstanding capabilities in logistics infrastructure, technology and solutions, including Giao Hang NANG as Gold Sponsor, alongside Silver Sponsors such as Long An International Port, ITL Group and Gemadept. The participation of these major brands further underscores the influence and wide-reaching impact of VILOG 2026 in driving digital transformation, strengthening cooperation and shaping a sustainable future for Vietnam’s logistics industry in particular and the region in general.

Expected to become the technological highlight of this year’s exhibition, ROBOTEX will debut as a specialized demonstration zone dedicated to robotics and automation in logistics and warehousing, vividly reflecting the automation and modernization trends of Vietnam’s logistics industry. ROBOTEX will gather cutting-edge technologies such as AGV/AMR autonomous mobile robots, smart warehouse systems, sorting robots, AI-powered operational management solutions and supply chain optimization technologies. Beyond product displays, the zone will also feature live technology demonstrations, delivering immersive experiences for visitors while opening up practical application opportunities for businesses.

In addition, to optimize overall efficiency and enhance practical value for all participant groups, a series of industry forums, VILOG Talk discussion sessions, site visits to industrial parks, ports and business matching programs will continue to receive strong investment, becoming key highlights of VILOG 2026. Must-attend programs include the ASEAN – Viet Nam Logistics Business Forum, the China – Viet Nam Aviation Logistics Exchange Conference, Panel discussion on the Viet Nam Shipbuilding Industry, the Seminar on Logistics Technology & Automation, and the Forum on Supply Chain Solutions for Enterprises & Cargo Owners. These programs are expected to become highly anticipated topics, providing comprehensive insights into market trends while sharing practical solutions to help enterprises adapt to the era of smart logistics.

In particular, the 4th Viet Nam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG 2026) will continue to be held concurrently with two specialized exhibitions including the Viet Nam International Cold Chain Exhibtion (Viet Cold Chain) and the Viet Nam International Robot & Smart Factory Exhibition (Robotex), creating a comprehensive experience space for the logistics industry spanning technology, infrastructure and supply chain operations. VILOG 2026 promises to become a premier destination for networking, exchange and hands-on experiences for the logistics and supply chain community – where enterprises, experts and policymakers can stay updated on emerging trends, explore new technologies and seek meaningful cooperation opportunities in the era of smart logistics. The exhibition series is expected to welcome 20,000 trade visitors over the course of the three exhibition days.
