Its expertise extends beyond dealerships and operates seamlessly between manufacturing facilities, import ports, and rail yards, ensuring timely delivery for every vehicle.

eCarMover also offers transportation services for rental car companies in the event of natural disasters, where they may need hundreds of cars moved across the country. It has cross-border transportation for OEMs into and out of Canada and also services Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. It supports car dealerships by transporting used cars purchased at auctions and ships personal vehicles for people to deliver anywhere in the country. It has 40 staff members, excluding drivers, in various roles like claims, truck management, dispatch, and human resources. eCarMover uses a state-of-the-art fleet management system called ClearPath that integrates GPS positioning with a revolutionary web interface providing real-time data of pickup times and travel delays to OEMs, rental companies, individual customers, and dealers. The driver uses an app on his phone to take pictures of the cars he picks up, which are then uploaded to the system. Once the customer, dealer, or port signs off, clients immediately receive a copy of the receipt showing the condition of the cars. This allows for easy access to data in case of damage claims. The trucks are also equipped with a live feed camera system, allowing eCarMover to access the front and blind-side views for 24-hour monitoring and surveillance.

Its capabilities to efficiently transport the vehicles have allowed it to secure a new contract with Mitsubishi North America out of Jacksonville, FL. It has established contracts with other major automotive companies and has service agreements with Enterprise and Hertz for the return of goods. The company also has a brokerage division known as eCarLogistics, which operates as a third-party logistics provider. Essentially, eCarLogistics coordinates with eCarMover trucks to facilitate transportation services. eCarMover works with partner carriers, referred to as sub-haulers, as well as 8,000 independent contractors across the United States to facilitate the transportation of cars that cannot be accommodated on its trucks.
