In the truckload segment, it identified inefficiencies and transitioned from flatbed shipments to more cost-effective van transportation. These initiatives facilitated a remarkable 20 percent reduction in truckload spending and a substantial 15 to 18 percent decrease in LTL expenditures for the client.
RLG also streamlines invoicing, helps clients pay right and equips them with claims management and billing solutions. Clients lacking time or qualified resources can have the team implement TMS within as little as five weeks.
