The 12th International Transport and Logistics Exhibition – TransLogistica Poland – will take place in Warsaw on 4–6 November 2025. It is the largest exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe gathering professionals from the transport, forwarding, and logistics sectors, as well as from industry and trade. The venue remains unchanged – EXPO XXI at 12/14 Prądzyńskiego Street.
This year, the organisers expect around 500 exhibitors and 12,000 participants. It will be a great opportunity to discover what’s new in the world of transport, logistics, and forwarding – both in Poland and abroad. That’s why it’s worth acting now and asking about your exhibition stand today.

Truck & Trailer Salon is gaining momentum
After great interest in 2024, the Truck & Trailer Salon will be even bigger this year. An expanded exhibition area and a larger number of exhibitors are already confirmed, as leading brands have announced their participation. This will be the place to showcase tractor units, semi-trailers, fleet solutions, and everything related to road transport operation and management.
TransLogistica AI & Tech
For the first time, TransLogistica AI & Tech will debut – a brand-new forum dedicated to innovation, technology, and start-ups in the TFL sector. It will focus primarily on artificial intelligence, automation, applications and modern tools for logistics.
TransLogistica Jobs – the 5th edition of the Job Exhibition returns!
Taking place alongside TransLogistica Poland, the 5th National Job Exhibition – TransLogistica Jobs – will also be held. This event is aimed at specialists, students, graduates, educators, and everyone interested in careers in logistics, forwarding, and transport. Participation in the job exhibition is free of charge.
Extensive conference programme and Cocktail Party
TransLogistica Poland also offers a rich conference programme and business meetings in a more relaxed setting. During the three days of the exhibition, conferences will be held on three stages, including one within the TransLogistica Jobs Job Exhibition. You will have the opportunity to meet and listen to practitioners, experts, and company representatives actively working in the TFL sector.
The popular Cocktail Party, which enjoyed great interest last year, will also return. The Cocktail Party Day will take place on the second day of the exhibition (5 November) at the stands of selected exhibitors. It will be a time for informal conversations, networking, and continuing business talks in a more relaxed atmosphere.
