This vision is becoming a tangible reality by FARobot.
FARobot proposed the SWARM AUTONOMY® solution within the manufacturing facility, showcasing the game-changing influence of AMRs. The SWARM CORE® system, a standardized robotics management platform, has enabled the orchestration of hybrid robot fleets with carrying capacities ranging from 250 kg, 600 kg to 1 ton, addressing a spectrum of operational demands.
Traditionally, integrating these heterogeneous systems from different vendors would involve complex and time-consuming custom software development. FARobot's Swarm Autonomy® solution streamlines this process, offering a straightforward and hassle-free integration approach.
The SWARM CORE® management platform seamlessly integrates with existing IT and OT systems, optimizing task allocation and routing through real-time data analysis. Notably, the platform enables diverse mobile robot types to operate cohesively on-site, optimizing traffic management and task scheduling while enhancing overall operational efficiency. Industries can now reap the rewards of automation without the complexities of integration.
“Our goal is to revolutionize factory intralogistics through SWARM AUTONOMY® by enabling seamless collaboration among diverse hybrid fleets, achieving optimal efficiency and flexibility, while delivering exceptional value to our customers,” says Ryan Chen, general manager.
Another classic challenge faced by many Asia Pacific companies is the combination of labor shortages, constrained space and narrow aisles, coupled with complex production and assembly lines requiring precise manual operations, posed risks of worker injuries and material damage. FARobot successfully addressed these issues by deploying SMRs® in a Taiwanese vehicle electronics factory with limited space and high-mix, low-volume production. FARobot's SMRs®, with their high precision positioning (±5mm) and stability, effectively automated the transportation of heavy magazine racks and trays within the facility. This not only mitigated safety risks but enhanced material delivery and retrieval.
Beyond these applications, SMRs® meet the stringent requirements of ISO 3691-4 for AMR safety certification and ISO 14644-1 for ISO 3 cleanroom compatibility, making them ideal for highly specialized applications such as semiconductor manufacturing and smart healthcare.
FARobot is a leading provider of advanced robotic solutions, actively embracing cutting-edge technologies and collaborating closely with system integrators and domain experts to successfully optimize complex intralogistics processes.
By leveraging digital twin simulations and their patented SWARM AUTONOMY® solution, FARobot dramatically accelerates implementation and significantly enhances efficiency, as evidenced by a customer who doubled their logistics throughput.
FARobot views its customers’ success as its responsibility. It understands that customer requirements are diverse and seeks to be a reliable partner in helping customers create value for themselves with the SWARM AUTONOMY® solution.
